Neil brings over four decades of experience to the specification of architectural surface materials, supporting projects that demand both technical excellence and design sensitivity.

His work is guided by a clear understanding of materials, construction methods and bespoke fabrication, enabling spaces that are not only visually considered but built to perform — now and well into the future.

With over 40 years’ experience in the tiling industry, Neil has developed an exceptional depth of knowledge across materials, specification and technical application. His career has been shaped by a commitment to quality, performance and design integrity.

For the past 24 years, Neil worked with Reed Harris, a long-established and highly respected distributor of porcelain and ceramic tiles, natural stone, terrazzo and mosaics. During this time, he collaborated closely with leading Italian, Spanish and Portuguese manufacturers, supplying high-quality, technically advanced materials for a wide range of commercial and residential projects. As demand has grown for bespoke design and individuality, Neil has also built strong relationships with specialist factories and fabricators, enabling unique concepts to be realised with precision and craftsmanship.

As Architectural Sales Manager, Neil has worked alongside renowned architects and designers to successfully deliver prestigious projects worldwide, including for Harrods, Ralph Lauren (global rollout), Watches of Switzerland, Hyde Hotels, Goldsmiths, Gordon Ramsay and Jamie Oliver.

Neil is passionate about the industry and committed to sourcing innovative, high-quality products. He provides clear, dependable support to architects, designers and contractors at every stage of a project — from early concept and specification through to installation and, where required, after-sales support.

His previous work with leading adhesive and chemical manufacturers, including Building Adhesives Limited, PCI, Ardex, Kerakoll and Fila, has given him a strong technical foundation in substrates, construction methods and installation systems — expertise he readily shares to ensure projects are delivered correctly and perform as intended.
